Using the site

freecasual.games is a small independent site, not a company. The games are free to play. You do not need an account and you are not asked to pay for anything.

You may play the games as much as you like, for your own enjoyment. What you may not do is try to break the site for other people: no attempting to gain access to the server, no automated scraping that degrades it for others, and no attempting to interfere with how the games run for anyone else.

The site is provided as it is

The games are offered without any warranty. They may contain bugs, they may be unavailable while the site is being worked on, and a game may be changed or removed. Because your scores are stored only in your browser, they can be lost if you clear your browser data, and there is no backup of them anywhere.

To the extent the law allows, freecasual.games is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Some consumer protections cannot be excluded by terms like these, and nothing here removes them.

Content and ownership

The games on this site are implementations of classics, many of which are long-established and not owned by anyone here. The code, artwork, and written content of this site belong to whoever made them, which is to say freecasual.games. You are welcome to link to any page.

Privacy

The site runs analytics. What is collected, and who receives it, is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

These terms may change. If they do, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means the new terms apply.
