There are no accounts and no ads on this site, but it does run analytics. This page says exactly what that means.

freecasual.games is a small independent site, not a company. For anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete your data, send a message from the contact page.
What is collected
You do not create an account and you are never asked for your name, email, or payment details in order to play. What the site does collect is usage data, through four third-party services:

These services are based outside the EU, so your data is transferred to, and stored in, the United States.
What stays on your device
Your best scores are saved in your browser's local storage and are never sent to a server. Clearing your browser data deletes them, and they do not follow you to another device. The site also installs a service worker so games keep working offline, which caches the pages and game files themselves, not anything about you.
Cookies
Google Analytics and PostHog each set cookies to recognise a returning browser. The site itself sets no cookies of its own, and there are no advertising or retargeting cookies, because there are no ads.
Your rights
You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to it being collected at all. Your data is not sold to anyone.
To exercise any of these, send a message from the contact page. You can also block analytics yourself with a browser extension or by turning on your browser's tracking protection, and the games will work exactly the same.
Children
The games are suitable for all ages, but the site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child's data has been collected, send a message from the contact page and it will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
